Content Moderation & Acceptable Use

BetCircle is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant platform for all users. We do not permit explicit, inappropriate, or illegal content on our platform.

Prohibited Content includes but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or drug-related content
• Misinformation, fraud, or content intended to deceive users
• Violence, threats, or glorification of harm
• Intellectual property infringement

Content Removal & Enforcement:

We reserve the right to remove, block, suspend, or restrict access to any content or user account that violates these terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion. Actions may include but are not limited to: content deletion, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform. We may also report illegal activity to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Users who violate these policies may lose access to their account, content, and associated data without prior notice or refund of any payments.

BetCircle Tokens & Payments

All token purchases on BetCircle are transactions made directly with BetCircle. BetCircle acts as the sole merchant of record for all token sales. Tokens are not a peer-to-peer currency and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sent between users.

What tokens are for: BetCircle Tokens are in-app credits used exclusively to purchase access to verified sellers' betting tracking history, analytics, and performance data — all of which is data-driven content provided through and facilitated by the BetCircle platform.

What tokens are NOT for: Tokens may not be used for personal payments, tips, gifts, compensation for communication, companionship, or any form of direct user-to-user financial exchange. Any attempt to use the token system for these purposes is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Seller Payouts: Verified sellers on BetCircle earn payouts disbursed directly by BetCircle for granting subscribers access to their betting history and performance data. Payouts represent BetCircle's compensation to sellers for their data contributions to the platform — they are not direct payments from subscribers to sellers. BetCircle retains a platform fee on all earned tokens before disbursing payouts.

Seller Eligibility: To become a verified seller, you must complete BetCircle's seller onboarding process and agree to provide access to your betting tracking history and analytics only. Sellers are prohibited from offering any service, content, or interaction that constitutes companionship, personal communication for compensation, or any other content not directly related to sports betting data and analytics.

Tokens have no cash value outside of the BetCircle platform and are not redeemable for cash by buyers. Unused tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Messaging & Communication Features

The in-app messaging feature on BetCircle is provided solely for sports betting discussion — including tips, picks, analysis, and bet-related commentary between users.

The following uses of messaging are strictly prohibited:

• Compensated dating, companionship, or personal interaction of any kind
• Soliciting or offering personal, romantic, or social relationships
• Any exchange of money, gifts, or compensation for personal communication
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or off-topic solicitations

BetCircle is a sports betting analytics and community platform. Any misuse of the messaging feature for compensated or personal social interaction is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

Use of Service

By accessing and using BetCircle, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service. You are responsible for all activity on your account and agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetCircle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
